Our simple philosophy is that a car should be properly cared for throughout its life.  Fortunately our customers agree, which is why almost all the work we carry out, is on behalf of customers whose cars are cared for with a Clenz Ltd Care Plan.

Our Care Plans operate very simply.  Each car has a major valet every 3-6 months, with the normal option being 6 months.  Between these major valets each car will have a Mini-valet every 2-8 weeks, with 4 weeks being the norm.  A small number of our customers carry out minor valeting tasks themselves between the major valets.

The major valet:

During this service we carry out a deep clean of your vehicle and apply suitable protective waxes, sealants and dressings to the vulnerable areas of the car.

The minor valet (Mini-valets):

These top up services are designed to keep your car ‘working clean’ between major services.

Building your plan:

During our initial consultation with you, we ascertain your requirements regarding vehicle care, as well as determining likely annual mileage and how the vehicle is used. 

Based on this information, and factoring in our knowledge of the vehicle type, we can propose to you a plan that will keep your car in exactly the condition that you require.

Managing your plan:

Once agreed, your plan is managed totally by us, although we always welcome your input.

Our secure database holds your plan details and ensures that the right service is carried out at the right time.

Each plan comes complete with a reminder service so that you always know when a valet is due, as well an account facility just to make life easier for you.
